By accessing or using WildComiks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
WildComiks is an AI-powered platform for creating comic books, graphic novels, manga, and interactive stories. The Service uses third-party AI providers to generate images and text.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. One-time page packs are billed at time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
You retain ownership of the creative content you produce using WildComiks — your premises, premises, stories, and characters. The AI-generated images and text are provided to you under the rights granted by your plan tier. Studio and Studio Pro plans include a commercial license for content you create.
You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of others. You agree not to use the Service to generate content depicting minors in harmful situations, non-consensual sexual content, or content that violates applicable law.
WildComiks' art styles (RIOT, NOCTURNE, CRISP, FLUX, FRACTAL, GHOST, SLAB, PULSE, RELIC) are original visual languages created for this platform. We do not intentionally imitate named artists. If you believe generated content violates your rights, contact us at sheaguy1990@gmail.com.
WildComiks' platform, interface, and original art style descriptions are proprietary to Gateway Visions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WILDCOMIKS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your generated content remains yours, but your access to the Service ends.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
