We collect: (a) account information you provide — email address and password hash; (b) content you create — premises, generated comics, characters, and uploaded art style samples; (c) usage data — generation history, credit usage, and plan information; (d) payment information — processed by Stripe, we do not store card details.
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send account-related notifications; enforce our Terms of Service; and analyze usage to improve platform features. We do not sell your personal data.
Content you submit (premises, uploaded images, characters) is processed by third-party AI providers: Anthropic (Claude) for text generation and Google (Gemini) for image generation. These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) servers hosted in the United States. Art style reference images you upload are stored in our database. Generated comic content is stored and accessible via your account.
We use a single session cookie (wc_session) to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics by default.
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing); Anthropic and Google (AI generation); Vercel (hosting). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
We retain your account data while your account is active. Generated content is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing sheaguy1990@gmail.com.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and data; export your generated content. To exercise these rights, contact sheaguy1990@gmail.com.
WildComiks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us immediately.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
